Chandta Shekhar Varma is a renowned motivational speaker and an author. He has inherited literature from his illustrious Grandfather Padma Bhushan Shri Bhagwati Charan Varma and also his father Shri Dhirendra Varma. Chandra Shekhar has this unique distinction of having command over Hindi, English and Urdu His best seller novel Corners of a Straight line published by Rupa was in English, incidentally this book was launched by none othet than Javed Akhtar. 

His collection of stories Chaudah Left Chaudah Right published by Rajkamal is in Hindi. This story collection was included in the top ten books of 2023 by Sahitya Aaj tak. His collection of Urdu ghazals ‘Ghat Rahi hai Roz meri Chehargi’ has been published by Vani Prakashan recently, his Urdu literature can be found on Rekhta.
