Rediscovering Humanity Through Rediscovering Heritage.

The fifth edition of the Koshala Literature Festival seeks to unfurl the many layers of Lucknow’s rich cultural inheritance, in a setting where the very walls carry stories of the city’s past. Hosted at LMHA, the Lucknow Museum of Heritage and Art, a contemporary, interactive cultural space within the historic Hussainabad circuit, the festival will unfold over four days, from 27 to 30 November 2026.

Across these four days, Lucknow will come alive through immersive conversations, local art experiences, talent hunts, heritage walks, culinary explorations, dance and music performances, Sufi evenings, curated dinners, poetry and vibrant bazaars. In a city already abundant in literature, culture, cuisine, craft and architecture, Koshala seeks to weave the missing thread of connection, bringing its many expressions together, nurturing a deeper sense of cultural pride, and carrying the spirit of its cherished Ganga-Jamuni tehzeeb into the wider world, with an enduring ambition to establish Lucknow as an international hub of culture.
