Pragya Sharma

Pragya Sharma has performed several shows in different parts of the country. 'Qissa Jhansi ki Rani ka' was her premier Qissagoi along with Himanshu Bajpai. A series of this Qissa was organised by UP Police - 112 Emergency Services in different districts of Uttar Pradesh under the Mission Shakti Abhiyan. Her Dastangoi on Rani Durgavati, Tulsidas and Ganga is widely popular and loved by the people. Himanshu and Pragya's Qissagoi on Rani Durgavati has been appreciated by PM Modi. She has a PhD in Economics on the issue of Groundwater Sustainability in India’s Agriculture Sector. She is presently working with National Green Tribunal and has keen interest in working on environmental issues. She has published multiple research papers and book chapters on different aspects related to environment.
